Querelle é um marinheiro que se envolve com homens e mulheres no porto de Brest (França). Em busca de prazer, fomenta desejos, envereda pela marginalidade e, finalmente, pela criminalidade, tornando-se ladrão e serial killer. Tenta, dessa forma, através da violência, sentir e dar prazer. Até que seus próprios desejos o obrigam a tentar abandonar sua passividade e demonstrar suas emoções.

French sailor Querelle arrives in Brest and starts frequenting a strange whorehouse. He discovers that his brother Robert is the lover of the lady owner, Lysiane. Here, you can play dice with Nono, Lysiane's husband : if you win, you are allowed to make love with Lysiane, if you lose, you have to make love with Nono... Querelle loses on purpose...

"Whity" é o mordomo mulato da família disfuncional Nicholson, no sudoeste americano, em 1878. O pai, Ben Nicholson, tem uma atraente jovem esposa Katherine, e dois filhos de um casamento anterior; o homossexual Frank e Davy. Whity tenta realizar todas as suas ordens, no entanto humilhante, enquanto vários membros da família pedem a ele para matar alguns dos outros.

"Whity" is the mulatto butler of the dysfunctional Nicholson family in the American southwest in 1878. The father, Ben Nicholson, has an attractive young wife Katherine, and two sons by a previous marriage; the homosexual Frank, and the retarded Davy. Whity tries to carry out all their orders, however demeaning, until various of the family members ask him to kill some of the others.
